		<description>&lt;p&gt;Got a similar situation going with W/S. Brand new refrigerator-- refrigerator side doesn&#039;t work. They will only promise an 8 hour window for a repairman to show up. I asked them (since its brand new) to just exchange it. They said I would have to call the store and talk to the salesman. He of course won&#039;t answer or return my calls. Another 1/2 hour on the phone with their customer service got them down to a 3 hour window, but not on days when we would be available. Worst customer service on a new product that I have ever experienced. I would advise everyone to stay away from Warner Stellian.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

This is the absolute worst example of customer relations I have ever heard of.  There must be someplace or someone to turn to for assistance.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
