With respect to the posts about Warners Stellian..... I am a former employee of Warners' and I can say with certainty that you are correct about the level of "customer service" you have experienced. It is an oxy moron to say the least. I resigned my position due to ethical and moral conflicts regarding the products and services sold. I can offer you some insight to assist you in getting a new fridge or getting a refund. 1. You should check the model number on your refrigerator with the manufacturer and be sure it is a true model number. (Yes, unfortunately Warners' will sell models that have been "built" at their warehouse with parts from various brands of appliances and sell it on their floors as a red tag model, or closeout model. ) There have been many models of appliances with model numbers and serial numbers not found by the manufacturer. I have reported this myself to several manufacturers , and they follow up via their legal departments. 2. Call the warranty company directly. Let them know what has occurred. They do not want a black eye. The MN attorney general has a great deal of interest in the 3rd party warranty business and will follow up on any complaint. You must demand to speak with Jeff or Bob Warner. You will probably get to Duane Bannink, the "sales mis-manager" Don't let him blow you off, he will try to. Use the MN A.G. to your advantage and tell Warners you will do so. They don't want bad press, they are walking a fine line. Let me know via e-mail if I can help you more....
