looking at that photo and being a piercer and body modification enthusiast, I can say that it is 100% fake picture! look at how far down her top teeth would be. Way too long for a human. Other indications of falsehood can be seen in the dimentions and angle of the bottom teeth/inner lip area. I could believe that this percon has an accessory there but it looks more like a piece of jewelry with a nice picture on it.
